The apartment is a furnished apartment of 60 sqm on the 1st floor of a 3-storey house dating from the 17th century, without a lift. Presence of free public parking at 200 m. Housed in the heart of the episcopal city of Albi UNESCO listed, it is furnished with WiFi. At 50 meters from the cathedral, it will let you do everything on foot and enjoy your vacation. Ideal for 4-6 people. Electric heater.

Kitchen: refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob, microwave.

Dining room: table and 6 chairs - Living room: sofa bed 2 persons, 1 flat screen TV with TNT, TV cabinet and coffee table 1

Bathroom and separate toilet - Bedroom 1: a double bed - Bedroom 2: 2 single beds

The hiring is not accessible to animals and are asked not to smoke inside.

 

Payment method

You can choose your payment method:

- Online payment and you receive directmeent confirmation of your reservation by email. We will send following the rental agreement with all the elements.

- Or send a check or bank transfer after the reservation request specifying the period that interests you. This pre-booking will be followed by the sending of the contract for settlement of the deposit. However, this application only allows you to pre-book for 7 days. After this period, the rental is available again

At the reservation: payment of 50% of the rental (including options)

A key collection: balance payment and delivery of a Deposit: 300 € (not cashed)

Day of arrival: the rental is available from 16 pm

Departure day: the rental must be vacated by 12 pm
